A Concussion Can Lead To Sleep Problems That Last For Years.
April 27, 2016 | 4:14 PM ET People who sustain a concussion or a more severe traumatic brain injury are likely to have sleep problems that continue for at least a year and a half. A study of 31 patients with this sort of brain injury found that 18 months afterward, they were still getting, on average, an hour more sleep each night than similar healthy people were getting.
